The official language of the Conference is English with the exceptional opportunities to make an oral presentation in Belarusian or Russian in case of language difficulties.

Abstract submission form is available through personal account. Abstracts should be written in English, and their length should be maximum one (if possible full) page.

Organizing Committee increasingly requesting the submission of a “graphical” or “visual abstract” alongside the body of the text abstract. This is a single, concise, pictorial and visual summary of the main findings of your research. It should not be figure from the abstract but a figure that is specially designed for the purpose, which captures the content of the research for readers at a single glance. Please see examples here. Graphical abstract should be uploaded as a single image file in png format with resolution no less than 300 dpi.

Posters should be in portrait format. The dimensions of the poster should be 84,1 cm x 118,9 cm (A0 format). Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top of the poster. The content should be readable from a distance of 2 m. Poster should be written in English.

Invited Speakers have a 20-minute time slot for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion after the talk. Other Speakers have 7-minute time slot for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion after the talk. Please, prepare your presentation in PowerPoint format (ppt or pptx) and use only English language for the text.
